- The Gist: Declining mall traffic because of the switch to online purchases or simply less purchasing altogether has turned once thriving community centers into ghost towns. A relatively foreseen casualty are seniors who gather at malls not only for exercise but to socialize.
- Fun Fact: Quotes and pictures in the article are taken from my hometown mall - The Westchester - a high-end shopping destination which I always felt was lacking in its offering. Also not a very big mall and seems like you'd have to take 10 laps before calling it "exercise!"
